Why did you decide to start your own business?

Just to see if I could do it!

What is your favorite product and what is your most popular product?

My favourite is Key Lime Pie. Most popular are the cupcakes, every flavour.

What do you think is one of the most important lessons you’ve learned through running your own business?

HR is much more work than I thought it would be, and Social Media too.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own business?

Do your research! And definitely write a business plan. Allow 1 to 2 years for that!

Are there any promotions you would like to share with the IRHS community?

We are always looking for weekend help in the bakery. IRHS students with excellent work ethics are encouraged to apply!
