Ria Somaia
This recipe is fresh, juicy and contains vitamin C and antioxidants! These vitamins help fight colds and build the immune system.
Ingredients:
4 cups fruit (frozen or fresh berries and peaches)
½ cup oats
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Wash fruit and chop peaches.
Place fruit on a lightly oiled 8x8 inch baking pan. If the fruit is too sour, toss it with granulated sugar as desired.
In a bowl, mix the oats, flour and brown sugar and spread evenly over the fruit.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
